Cara Hauser, O.D.

Dr. Hauser joined the professional team of Vincett Eye Care Associates in 2010, where her special interest in pediatric vision care has included volunteer screenings at elementary schools and at Special Olympic venues. Her professional focus also encompasses contact lens care and eye disease diagnosis and management. Originally from Latrobe, Pennsylvania, she got her undergraduate degree from Saint Vincent College, and received her doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, graduating with high clinical honors. She is an active member of the American and Pennsylvania Optometric Associations, and the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society. When not working or rooting for her favorite Pittsburgh sports teams, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and random road trips to “off-the-radar” locations.
